Is the visit really free?
Yes, with no commitment. The owner comes to see the place, then you receive a detailed, line-by-line quote.
Do you use subcontractors?
Renovation work is done by our own team for every trade. For urgent repairs, the owner calls on trusted partner tradesmen.
Do I need the building's approval?
For load-bearing walls, shared pipes or the façade, yes. Our partner architect prepares the file for the owners' meeting.
How long will the work take?
The owner gives you a precise schedule after the visit. It is written in the quote.
Can the price change during the work?
The signed price does not change. If you ask for extra work, it gets a written amendment before it is done.
Do you work outside Paris?
Yes, across Île-de-France, and anywhere in France for complete renovations.
