When do you need an architect?

For a refresh or a bathroom in the same place, you don't. It becomes useful as soon as walls move, a wet room changes place, or the building or the town hall must give approval.

For a house, an extension or a façade change may need a planning declaration or a building permit. The architect handles it.

How we work together

You talk to the owner. The owner brings in the architect when it helps, then plans and works move forward together. You have one contact and one quote for the works.
